A native Houstonian, Stephen Sweeney is passionate about both business and technology, and thrilled when both work together to create value.

Stephen has served as the president of Uprite Services since 2016. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of our strategic plan, making smart investments in our business, managing growth and efficient operations, and creating the best customer experience possible.

Stephen is committed to building a culture of service excellence, and his goal is for Uprite Services to be the best Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the markets we serve.

Stephen received his bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Virginia and previously worked as an executive with Computer Associates, Platinum Technology, Uprite Services, and RSA Corp. Stephen is active in the Bay Area Economic Partnership and lives in Friendswood, Texas with his wife and three children.
