A support issue is triaged within 10 minutes and assigned to a technician. 

Our Houston location is open from 7:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Monday – Friday, and our San Antonio location is open from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M Monday – Friday. We also have a team of on-call technicians for issues after hours.

Yes, we are a Microsoft Silver Partner and resell all Microsoft licenses. All licensing will be included as a line item on the managed services monthly invoice.
