office 2013 end of support

If your company is still using Office 2013, now is the time to upgrade to the latest version. In 2017, Microsoft ceased Mainstream Support of Office 2013, switching the software to Extended Support. This month, Microsoft announced that after five years of Extended Support, they will be terminating all support for Office 2013 on April 11, 2023.

Using an outdated version of Microsoft office puts your organization at risk. Per Microsoft’s Fixed Lifecycle Policy, there will be no more security updates for Office 2013.

How Can I Prepare My Organization?

Keep your business running securely and smoothly by upgrading from your outdated version of Microsoft Office to Microsoft 365 Apps. Choose a plan that is right for your business, and enjoy familiar apps such as:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Outlook
  • Teams
  • OneDrive
  • OneNote
  • Publisher
  • Access

Guarantee your business receives all the latest updates, security patches, and features by switching to a new, supported version of Microsoft Office. If your organization requires a static product, we recommend upgrading to Office LTSC 2021.
